Introducing the newest addition to our professional water-based product line: Conversion Varnish. This two-component post-catalyzed urethane topcoat is perfect for bar tops and commercial applications that require maximum durability.
General Finishes Conversion Varnish offers a pot life of 6-8 hours once catalyzed, allowing for re-coating in just 1-2 hours. It requires NCO Catalyst at a rate of 13 ounces per gallon and is designed for spray-on application only.
For best results, we recommend using the following tip sizes: - Compressed Air: .040 - HVLP: .043-.051 - Airless: .009-.013
Ensure that air caps are of medium size for optimal performance.
