General Finishes Exterior 450 Stains, premium wood stains for outdoor use, are proudly made in the USA. Specifically formulated for vertical surfaces like fences, patio furniture, garage doors, entrance doors, outdoor kitchens, and interior windows. However, they are not recommended for large horizontal surfaces such as decks.

These stains contain U.V. absorbers to protect the integrity of the film, although they will not prevent the wood from changing color in sunlight. Easy to apply with brush, roll, or spray methods, Exterior 450 Stains can be cleaned up easily with soap and water.

Manufactured in America by General Finishes located in East Troy, Wisconsin, the leading manufacturer of innovative water-based finishes since 1928. Suitable for external projects involving wood, MDF, and fiberglass.

With a fast drying time of 2+ hours (depending on humidity and temperature), ideal drying conditions are at 70ºF/20ºC and 50% humidity.
