To achieve ultimate durability, use Conversion Varnish, a two-component, post-catalyzed urethane topcoat. This wood finish is ideal for high-use projects like bars, commercial tabletops, bathroom vanities, kitchen cupboards, or high-moisture areas. Do not apply clear topcoats over bright white paint, as yellowing may result from a reaction to the substrate. Light color paints may also experience yellowing but will be less noticeable after topcoat application.

Make sure to use NCO Catalyst at a ratio of 13 ounces per gallon (sold separately) with this topcoat. It is recommended for spray-on application only. When applying, use tip sizes as follows: Compressed Air - .040; HVLP - .043-.051; Airless - .009-.013. Choose medium-sized air caps for best results.
